These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of SoulJourneyWisdom.life and all services, products, and content provided by Soul Journey Wisdom Life, a subsidiary of Ithonga Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may consider exceptions for extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion.
Digital Products: No refunds once delivered.
Physical Products: Returns accepted only if unused, in original packaging, and in as-new condition. Customer pays return shipping.
