2. Services We Provide
Formal Clause:
We offer services of a spiritual, metaphysical, and educational nature. These include counselling, healing, shamanic practices, retreats, workshops, digital downloads (such as PDFs, meditation audios, and videos), and online bookings for individual and group consultations. Future offerings may include physical products like books, journals, and apparel. Services are for adults only unless a parent or legal guardian provides recorded permission.
Plain-English:
We do spiritual, energy, and soul work — sometimes one-on-one, sometimes in groups, and occasionally with downloadable materials. Adults only, unless a parent or legal guardian has given recorded permission.
3. Payments
Formal Clause:
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and other digital payment platforms. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes (VAT/GST) will be charged where legally required. Full payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Bookings:
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellation requires at least 48 hours' notice.
- Refunds for cancellations:
- 20% refund if cancelled more than 36 hours before.
- 40% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before.
- 80% refund if cancelled within 12 hours.
- No refund for missed appointments without notice.
We may consider exceptions for extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion.
Digital Products: No refunds once delivered.
Physical Products: Returns accepted only if unused, in original packaging, and in as-new condition. Customer pays return shipping.
Plain-English:
Please give us fair notice if you cancel or reschedule. Digital products can't be un-downloaded, so no refunds there. Physical products must be returned exactly as you got them.
5. Community Conduct
Formal Clause:
This is a safe and respectful space intended to support and encourage personal insights and growth for everyone. No abusive, offensive, or harassing behaviour is tolerated. Clients must be respectful, understanding, and seek clarification politely. We may terminate services immediately for breaches without refund.

Be kind and respectful. This is a space for personal growth and support. Rudeness and abuse won't be tolerated.
6. Intellectual Property
Formal Clause:
All content, materials, and services are protected by copyright and remain the property of Soul Journey Wisdom Life. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share without permission. Small excerpts may be shared with prior consent, proper attribution, and without changing context. We may share our own intellectual property through publications, marketing, or collaborations at our discretion.

Our content is ours. Ask before sharing, give credit, and don't twist the meaning. We may share our work in ways we choose.
7. Disclaimers
