Ancestral Healing
What you carry is older than you.
Not all of it, of course. The everyday struggles — the arguments with a partner, the stress at work, the ordinary griefs — those belong to this life and need to be met as the life-events they are. But beneath those everyday things, there is another layer entirely, and it's the layer most people only sense rather than name. It shows up as the reaction that's far too big for the moment that triggered it, or the fear that outlasts whatever caused it in the first place, or the pattern you watched your parent live and swore you would never repeat, only to find yourself living it anyway and wondering how on earth you ended up here.
That layer is often ancestral. It arrives through you rather than from you, encoded into your body and your nervous system long before you had any say in the matter, shaped by the lives of those who came before you, passed down through stories no one told and silences no one ever explained.
Ancestral healing is the work of meeting that layer honestly, and that's what this page is here to talk about.
A note on language: healing or clearing?
You'll find that most practitioners working in this field describe what they do as ancestral healing, and I share that language because that's what most people search for and that's what most people know to call it. But my own work is more accurately described as ancestral clearing, and the distinction is worth taking a moment to explain because it shapes what you can expect from working with me.
Ancestral healing, as the term is generally used, often implies an ongoing reconciliation with one's ancestors — coming into relationship with them as guides, integrating them as part of your spiritual life, and tending to that relationship over time. There are wonderful practitioners who offer exactly this kind of work, and for many people it is exactly what they need.
What I offer is a more specific kind of work. Ancestral clearing focuses on the active release of inherited energetic charge that's still shaping your present life — identifying what you're carrying that isn't really yours to carry, working with what's ready to be released, and allowing the lineage itself to settle. It draws on doctoral-level specialisation in how trauma transmits across generations, twenty years of shamanic practice, and a strict ethical framework grounded in the Metaphysical Doctors Oath.
Both approaches belong to the same wider field. The difference is in the depth and the focus, and that's the difference I want to be honest about before you decide whether this is the work you're looking for.
How I work with the ancestral layer
There are four distinct services I offer within ancestral healing, and each one addresses a different scope of the inherited material that may be affecting you. They differ from one another in depth, in the time the work requires, and in who is included when the clearing is being done.
The right service for your situation depends on what is actually present in your lineage and your family system, what is currently affecting your life, and what you yourself are ready to engage with. None of that can be assessed from a distance, which is why every engagement begins with a Discovery Call before any deeper work is undertaken.
What follows is a description of each of the four services, what they involve, and who they are suited to.
Bloodline Ancestral Clearing
This is the foundation of the ancestral work I offer, and for many clients it is where their journey into this depth begins.
Bloodline Ancestral Clearing is a comprehensive engagement that works across eight generations of your direct bloodline, beginning with you yourself and ascending through your parents, your grandparents, your great-grandparents, and so on up the lineage that eventually brought you here.
Who is included in the work
The scope is strictly direct ancestors, meaning the bloodline only. Siblings, children, in-laws, step-relatives, and adopted relatives are not part of this engagement — they belong to other services or to other engagements entirely. What is included is the vertical line of ancestors above you, traversed methodically and addressed where unresolved patterns are still actively transmitting.
When a pattern is cleared at its source within the bloodline, the lineage is no longer carrying that particular charge, and that means the energetic pattern is no longer transmitting forward by default. There's an important nuance to this, however, that I want to be clear about. If a pattern was already activated in a living descendant — for example, in one of your children — before the clearing took place, that active charge still lives in their own body and energy field. The bloodline work addresses the source, but the descendant who has already been carrying the active expression of that pattern may benefit from their own session to release what is already present in them. The work in the lineage is one thing; the work in an already-affected person is another.
What the engagement actually looks like
This is not a single session, and I want to be honest about that upfront because it changes how you should think about committing to it. Bloodline Ancestral Clearing is distributed work, typically spanning five to ten days from start to finish, with approximately ten hours of focused clearing time taking place across that window.
You will be present for the initial assessment and for the integration work at the end. The bulk of the deep clearing in between, however, happens with me alone in the work — going down into the lineage, addressing what is there, supporting ancestors who haven't yet crossed over or who carry unresolved issues from their own lifetimes that still need attention. As the work progresses I document what is met and what is released, and I share the findings with you on a chart so that you understand exactly what was addressed and what remains.
I want to be transparent about why this work cannot be rushed or compressed into a single sitting. It is genuinely demanding for the practitioner — energetically, emotionally, and physically — and the nature of the work itself requires recovery time between sessions. The closest analogy I can offer is deep diving. A diver can spend perhaps two hours at significant depth before needing extended decompression and surface time before going back down. The ancestral work is similar in that respect. The depth is real, the integration is necessary, and trying to shortcut either of them serves no one.
What clients have reported after this depth of work
The feedback I most commonly hear from clients who have completed this work is that life has, somehow, just become easier. Things that used to land as wounds now feel like passing glances. Old patterns of reaction begin to soften. Relationships shift, sometimes quite noticeably, and the persistent sense of carrying weight that wasn't entirely yours starts to lift.
These are reports of lived experience from clients who have done the work, and I share them because they're real. They are not, however, promises of outcome. Energy work does not come with guarantees, and your own life circumstances continue to shape what is active in your system long after the clearing is complete.
Phased entry is available
You don't have to commit to the entire engagement upfront. This work can be entered in phases — beginning at one depth, integrating what arises, and continuing when you're ready to go further. We discuss pricing and pacing during your Discovery Call and tailor the engagement to where you actually are rather than to a fixed structure.
Full Family Ancestral Clearing
Full Family Ancestral Clearing takes the bloodline work I've just described and extends it into the wider family system that may be affecting your life. For many clients, particularly those from blended families or those with significant step or adoptive relationships, this is the work that addresses the full picture rather than only one part of it.
Who is included in the work
Everything in Bloodline Ancestral Clearing is included, and the scope expands from there to take in the wider family system. That includes step-family — step-parents, step-siblings, step-children — along with adopted family members, in-laws and married-in relatives, and your own siblings where they happen to be carrying shared inherited patterns or shared-event trauma that is also affecting you.
The principle that determines whether someone is included in the work is whether their unresolved issues are actively shaping your present-day life. Not every relative gets included, and not every relative needs to. The work itself reveals who is carrying what affects you and who is not, and that's how the scope is determined. Your family tree is what your family tree is, but what is actually active in your system is what gets addressed.
A point of ethical practice that matters
When issues surface during the clearing for a living family member, I stop the work and seek permission before continuing on their behalf. This is non-negotiable in my practice, and it stems directly from the Metaphysical Doctors Oath that I work within. Living people have agency over their own energy and their own healing, and I will not extend my work into their system without their explicit consent.
For adults, that consent comes from the person themselves. For minors, a parent or legal guardian can consent on the child's behalf. If consent is not given, that person's particular thread of work is set aside, and the rest of the clearing continues without including them. That protocol slows the work down — sometimes considerably — but it honours the ethical framework that I practice within, and that framework is not something I am willing to compromise on for the sake of efficiency.
What the engagement actually looks like
Full Family Clearing is more involved than Bloodline Clearing alone, and it's important to understand why before you commit to it. There are more souls held within the work, both deceased ancestors from the bloodline and living family members from the wider system, and the consent process for living family adds time that simply doesn't exist in pure bloodline work.
The exact scope varies considerably from one client to another. A client with a small, simple family system has a fundamentally different engagement than a client with multiple step-relationships, several adopted siblings, contentious in-laws, and a sibling carrying significant shared trauma. The work meets the family system as it actually is, and the time and depth required adjust accordingly.
Suited to
This work tends to suit clients who are ready to address the broader family system that holds them rather than only the direct bloodline above them. It particularly speaks to those from blended families, those with significant adoptive or step-relationships in their lives, and those who have come to recognise that bloodline alone doesn't fully account for the weight they're carrying.
Phased entry is available
As with Bloodline Clearing, Full Family work can be entered in phases. You don't have to take on the full engagement at once. We start where you're ready, integrate as we go, and continue when timing and integration allow.
Past Life Clearing
Past Life Clearing is a different kind of work from the bloodline and family clearings I've been describing, and the distinction is important enough that I want to spend a moment explaining it before going further.
The ancestral work I've described above addresses what came down to you through your bloodline and your family system — the inherited material carried by lineage. Past life work, by contrast, addresses what your soul itself is carrying from its own previous lifetimes. These are patterns, fears, attachments, or trauma that don't trace cleanly to anything in your current biography, anything in your family system, or anything in your direct ancestral lineage. They appear to come from somewhere else entirely, and that somewhere else, in the framework I work within, is the soul's own journey across previous lifetimes.
This work is distinct from plain ancestral work, which in many cases focuses on a particular inherited theme. The ancestral clearing I offer digs deep and wide through your entire lineage to find every unresolved issue affecting you, but past life work goes somewhere different again — it addresses the part of you that is older than your lineage entirely. The reason this matters is that when you only focus on one layer at a time, you may well clear what you came in to clear, but then another theme behind it can become the dominant theme that surfaces next. Without addressing all the layers that are actually active, the work can leave you feeling as if these issues are never-ending and as if no amount of clearing ever quite gets to the root. Past life work attends to a layer that bloodline work cannot reach, and for some clients that's exactly the layer that's been driving everything else.
What the work reviews
The work scans across all of your past lives, looking for issues that are still actively shaping your current life. Whether you hold past lives literally or as a useful metaphor for unaccountable patterns is genuinely not important to me — the work proceeds in the same way regardless of how you frame it. What matters is identifying the charge, working with what surfaces, and clearing what is ready to release.
Some past lives are quiet and contribute nothing of consequence to your present. Others carry significant unresolved material that has been shaping you in ways you've never been able to account for through your current-life experience. The work attends to wherever there is active influence on your present, regardless of how many lifetimes back it sits.
What the engagement looks like
Two hours, in a single sitting, online via Google Meet. The scope is bounded — distinct from the distributed nature of bloodline and family clearing — which is part of why this work fits a single session rather than requiring a multi-day engagement.
Suited to
Past Life Clearing tends to suit clients who recognise patterns in themselves that resist explanation through ancestral or current-life frameworks. Fears that don't trace to anything in this life. Attractions or aversions that feel older than the situations triggering them. Skills, knowings, or sensitivities that arrived without any history of having learned them. When something in you doesn't fit your current biography or your bloodline, past life work is often where the explanation actually lives.
Pricing
Past Life Clearing is priced at $395, which is the only fixed-price service within the ancestral and lineage work I offer. Because the scope is bounded — a single two-hour session rather than a distributed engagement — it fits a fixed-price structure cleanly. It can be booked directly via Calendly after a Discovery Call has confirmed that this is the work that fits your situation.
Comprehensive Ancestral Engagement
The Comprehensive Ancestral Engagement is the deepest work I offer within this field, and I want to take some care in describing what it actually is because it is genuinely different from simply doing each of the previous services in sequence.
A Comprehensive Engagement combines Bloodline Clearing, Full Family Clearing, and Past Life Clearing into a single integrated arc rather than three separate engagements that happen to be done one after the other. It's the same scope, but the way the work is held — and the way I move through it — changes when it is approached as one unified piece rather than as a series of separate pieces.
Why this matters in practice
When the work is held as a unified arc, the methodology itself shifts in ways that I find difficult to fully explain on paper but which clients tend to feel quite clearly once they're inside the engagement. Patterns that would surface separately in each modality begin to reveal their connections to one another. Some inherited charge has both an ancestral and a past-life dimension, and seeing both at once often illuminates each more clearly than either could on its own. Family-system work sometimes clarifies bloodline patterns that had been ambiguous, and past life work can reveal why a particular ancestral pattern has been so persistent across generations.
The integration deepens as a result. Rather than completing one piece of work, integrating, and then starting the next as if it were unrelated, the entire arc holds together and the parts inform each other throughout.
What this means for the work itself
The number of souls involved is the highest of any engagement I offer. Bloodline ancestors going up through eight generations. Family members across the wider system, both deceased and living. Past lives carrying their own material from beyond the lineage. All held within the one continuous arc.
The time required varies considerably from client to client and is driven by family complexity, the depth of past-life material that surfaces, and how many souls require attention along the way. For complex family systems combined with significant past-life material, this engagement can take noticeably longer than the sum of its parts done separately would. That's not inefficiency — it's the work meeting what is actually there rather than what is convenient.
Phased entry is available, and I want to emphasise this
You do not commit to the entire engagement upfront. This is important enough that I want to be very clear about it.
The work moves through phases. We begin where readiness lies, often with the bloodline as the foundation, and we integrate before moving on. Then we continue into the Full Family scope when you are ready, and we integrate again. We move into the past life work when the timing is right, and we integrate that as well, and there is a final integration of the entire arc once all the pieces have been done.
This phased structure serves both the work and you. Depth work requires integration time, and trying to compress that integration serves no one. Spreading the engagement across phases also spreads the cost across time — you do not pay for the entire engagement at once, and you can pause between phases for as long as you need before continuing.
Suited to
This is the work for clients who recognise that what they are carrying spans multiple dimensions and who want the work held together as a single coherent arc rather than fragmented across separate engagements. For most clients, the Comprehensive Engagement is not the right starting point — it tends to be where committed clients arrive after initial work has revealed how much there actually is in them and how interconnected the various layers really are.
What clients have reported after this depth of work
The feedback from clients who have completed a Comprehensive Engagement tends to share certain themes. Life feels easier in a way that's hard to articulate but unmistakable in its presence. Things that used to land as wounds now register as passing observations rather than as significant injuries. Relationships open up, sometimes in ways that surprise the client themselves. The persistent sense of carrying inherited weight, family weight, and weight from somewhere else entirely begins to lift. Things that had been hard for years become easier to engage with. Direction in life clarifies in ways it hadn't before.
These are real reports from clients who have done the work, and I share them because they are honest accounts of lived experience. They are not promises. The Metaphysical Doctors Oath I practice within constrains me from guaranteeing outcomes, and the nature of energy work itself does not allow for guarantees. What I can offer is the work itself, done with care and skill, and the integrity of the practice that I bring to it.
Pricing
Bloodline Clearing, Full Family Clearing, and the Comprehensive Engagement are not listed at fixed prices, and I want to explain why because I know that can feel unusual compared to how most healing services are priced.
The actual scope of these engagements varies significantly from one client to another. The variation is driven by how much is genuinely present in the lineage, how complex the family system is, how much past-life material surfaces during the work, and how many souls require attention before the clearing is complete. Quoting a fixed price upfront would either mean overcharging clients with simpler scopes than I had assumed, or undercharging clients with more complex engagements than the standard price could fairly cover. Neither feels right to me, and neither honours the work or the client.
Pricing is determined after a Discovery Call. During the call I assess what is actually present and what the work would require for your situation specifically. From there, you receive a tailored quote — either as a single engagement total if you want to take on the work in one piece, or as phased pricing if you prefer to spread the work and the cost over time.
Past Life Clearing is the exception within this group, with bounded scope and the fixed price of $395. Because the scope is genuinely bounded, fixed pricing fits.
I want to be honest about why pricing works this way rather than how most services price themselves. Quoting honestly requires scoping honestly, and scoping honestly requires actually understanding what you're carrying — which can only happen in conversation. Distributed depth work doesn't fit per-session pricing structures, and trying to force it into them tends to either undercharge for the work or compromise the work itself. The Metaphysical Doctors Oath I practice within calls for transparent value-based engagement rather than transactional commodity pricing, and this is what value-based engagement actually looks like.
The conversation about money happens openly during the Discovery Call. If pricing genuinely doesn't fit your situation, we'll talk about that as well — including phased entry, sliding considerations where appropriate, and what alternatives might be available to you.
How to begin
The doorway into all of this work is a free Discovery Call, and I genuinely mean it when I say there's no commitment involved.
The Discovery Call serves several purposes that all matter. It's a real conversation about what's bringing you here and what you're hoping to address through this work. It's also where I assess whether ancestral work is actually what fits your situation — sometimes it isn't, and I'll tell you so honestly rather than booking you into something that wasn't the right fit. And for those who are moving forward, it's where the work itself begins to take shape: which service is right, what scope is needed, what pacing serves you, and what investment makes sense.
There's no preparation required for a Discovery Call. You don't need to have read anything, researched anything, or arrived at any particular understanding of your situation. All you need is a willingness to be honest about what's pulling you toward this work, and a willingness to let the conversation reveal whether it's the right fit for where you actually are.
What this work is not
Before you decide whether to take this work further, I want to be clear about what it is not, because I'd rather you know now than discover later that it wasn't quite what you were looking for.
This work is not psychotherapy. I don't diagnose mental health conditions, I don't work within clinical frameworks, and I don't provide clinical care. If what you actually need is clinical support, ancestral work doesn't replace it, and I'll tell you that during a Discovery Call if it's relevant to your situation. The two can complement each other in many cases, but they are not substitutes for one another.
This work is not a quick fix, and I don't believe quick fixes for inherited material are honest things to offer. The work takes the time it takes. Even bounded engagements like Past Life Clearing are followed by integration that unfolds over days or weeks afterward. Distributed work like Bloodline Clearing happens across multiple sessions for reasons that aren't negotiable — depth requires time, and trying to compress it produces shallow results that don't hold.
This work is not a guarantee of specific outcomes, and the Oath I practice within prevents me from making such guarantees in any case. The nature of energy work itself doesn't allow for them. What I can promise you is that the work will be done with care, with skill, with ethical intent, and within the framework I've trained and practiced in for over twenty years. Beyond that, what unfolds in your life after the work is shaped by your own continued choices, your circumstances, and your own ongoing inner work.
This work is not a replacement for your own engagement with your healing. Energy clearing addresses what is energetically present at the time of the work, but your daily choices, your relationships, your life circumstances, and your own inner attention all continue to shape what stays cleared and what may re-activate. I do my work; you do yours; together something becomes possible that neither of us could create alone.
