When you book a session through Soul Journey Wisdom Life (souljourneywisdom.life), you work directly with me, Dr Mark Demaine, an initiated Shaman with a theocentric PhD in Philosophy specialising in Ancestral Trauma - not a team of unknown associates. No filtered intake process, and no programme recorded once and replicated at scale. Every session is delivered one-to-one, online, and shaped by what I hear in the room with you — because ancestral and lineage patterns rarely announce themselves in the way people expect. The work of finding these patterns requires attention that only comes from an experienced and attentive practitioner who is fully present with you.
Working with me is a process of identifying and releasing what you have been carrying that was never yours to carry. As a spiritual guide, mentor and coach who specialises in clearing all the baggage that does not belog to you, and no longer serves you, I sit at the junction of of somatic practice, ancestral lineage healing by using a multitude of healing modalities that I have gained over the past 20+ years.
Most people who find their way to this work have already tried the main-stream methods with varying degrees of success. They arrive not because they are broken, but because something persists — perhaps a pattern in relationships, or a recurring response under pressure.. Perhaps a weight or burdon that has not shifted - despite genuine effort. That is usually where the inherited material lives.
Sessions are delivered online, worldwide. They are not guided meditations or motivational conversations. They are diagnostic, very practical and methods that you can use later on - as and when you feel the need to.

A Discovery Call is a short, no-pressure conversation. We cover what's bringing you to this work, what you're looking for, and whether a consultation with me is a good fit. If it isn't — if what you need is something else — I'll say so, and where I can, help you think about who or what might serve you better.
Book a Discovery Call if:
- You want to hear me, get a sense of the work, and ask questions before committing

1st Consultation - 2 hours
Your first full session. The extended length reflects what an initial session actually needs: time to understand your history, identify the patterns asking for attention, and begin the clearing work itself. Most clients experience meaningful shifts in the first session.
Book a 1st Consultation if:
- You've had a Discovery Call and you're ready to begin
- You're clear on what you want to address and don't need an introductory conversation first
Follow-up Consultation - 1.5 hours
Continuing work for clients who've already completed an initial consultation. We pick up from where you are, whether that's deepening work on an established pattern or addressing something newly arisen.
No commitment to a fixed number of sessions — some people work with me over months, others return only occasionally when something specific arises.

- You've had a 1st Consultation with me and want to continue
- Something new has surfaced since your last session
- You want ongoing support through a particular transition or integration
Urgent / Emergency Consultation
For existing clients experiencing a time-sensitive situation that needs immediate support. Available within 24 hours, subject to confirmation.
This service is intended for clients who have previously worked with me and have an established understanding of how we work together. If you haven't had a prior consultation, please start with a Discovery Call or 1st Consultation instead — urgent work builds on a foundation we've already established.

Specialist sessions
Beyond these four standard options, I offer a range of specialist modalities:

Inner Circle access
For clients seeking a deeper, ongoing relationship with the work, I offer Inner Circle access — a small cohort of clients who receive asynchronous support between sessions via WhatsApp or Telegram, alongside regular consultations at a consistent premium rate.
Inner Circle is by invitation only and capped by available capacity. If you've completed initial work with me and would like to discuss whether this level of engagement fits your situation, raise it directly — it's not a product you book, it's an arrangement we build together.
Before you book — a few things worth knowing
Sessions are online. Held via Zoom or an equivalent platform. You'll need a quiet space, a reasonable internet connection, and ideally headphones. A phone works, but a laptop or desktop tends to be better.
There's no preparation required. Nothing to read. Nothing to practise. Nothing to write in advance. Show up willing, and we'll find the starting point together.
Time zones are accommodated. I'm based in the Americas and work with clients across UK, European, American, Asian and Australian time zones. Available slots reflect my own working hours, but most international time zones can be accommodated.
Payment is taken at booking. Payment in USD via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation and rescheduling are reasonable. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions, but the summary: 24 hours' notice for rescheduling, 48 hours' notice for cancellation, partial refunds available within those windows for cancellations.
