What to expect when you reach out
Every enquiry receives a personal reply. This isn't a practice with a support team. Messages come to me, Mark, directly. If you've taken time to write, I've taken time to read.
I reply within 48 hours. Usually sooner, but 48 hours is the longest you should ever wait. If you haven't heard back after that, the message didn't reach me — please try again through another channel.
I don't auto-enrol you in anything. Reaching out doesn't put you on a mailing list, enter you into a sales sequence, or start any automated communication. The only person you'll hear from is me.
Not sure whether to get in touch?
A few things people sometimes wonder about before reaching out:
"Is my situation right for this work?" — If you're asking, it's usually worth a Discovery Call to find out. I'd rather tell you no than have you wait six months wondering. Book a free Discovery Call.
"Do I need to know what I'm looking for?" — No. Many people I work with can name the unease but not its source. Clarity is what the work helps you find, not something you need to bring.
"Is there a minimum commitment?" — None. You can work with me for a single session, a few, or over an extended period. Whatever serves where you are.
"Will you take on anyone?" — No. If what you need is clinical mental health care, or if the fit isn't right for other reasons, I'll tell you and help you think about what might serve you better.
Business enquiries
For collaborations, interviews, guest appearances, or other business enquiries, use email with a clear subject line. I typically respond to these within a week.
